It's amazing what you can buy on the side of the road, literally in the middle of nowhere. 

A gigantic bag of charcoal, the staple of our fire building morning and night, cost us about 4500 Kwacha...1.50 USD!

A typical lunch stop. The table comes out, the chairs are set up, and we all chip in.
